Pumpkin Fruit Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 tab Butter
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Warm mashed pumpkin
  • 1 packet Mixed fruit
  • 2 cups SR Flour
  • 1 teas Baking powder
  • Dash Vanilla essence

Procedure

Beat butter & sugar, add eggs. Add pumpkin and fruit. Add sifted flour & baking powder. Add essence & spices if preferred. Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour.
