Marinade Chicken Variation
Ingredients
- 1kg Chicken wings
- 2 tabs Soy sauce
- ⅓ cup Tomato sauce
- Taste Ginger & Garlic
- ⅓ cup Hot water
- 1 tab Brown sugar
- 2 tab Cider vinegar
- 2 tab Honey
Procedure
Arrange chicken in ovenproof dish. Do not layer chicken. Pour marinade on top. Seal and place in fridge. Cover, then cook in a preheated oven 180-200 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Do not cover.
