Tomato Relish

Ingredients

  • 450g Ripe tomatoes skinned and cut up
  • 450g Onions (diced)
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • 1 tab Salt
  • 1 tab Curry powder
  • 1 tab Mustard powder
  • 1 tab Cornflour – as needed

Procedure

Boil all ingredients for 20 minutes, then thicken with 1 tab cornflour blended with a little vinegar. Boil slowly for 5 minutes or more. Cool and bottle.
