Tomato Relish
Ingredients
- 450g Ripe tomatoes skinned and cut up
 - 450g Onions (diced)
 - 1 cup White vinegar
 - 1 cup Vinegar
 - 1 tab Salt
 - 1 tab Curry powder
 - 1 tab Mustard powder
 - 1 tab Cornflour – as needed
 
Procedure
Boil all ingredients for 20 minutes, then thicken with 1 tab cornflour blended with a little vinegar. Boil slowly for 5 minutes or more. Cool and bottle.
