Peanut Crisps
Ingredients
- 1 small cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 85g Butter, melted
- 1 large cup SR Flour
- 1 tab Cocoa
- Pinch Salt
- 1 cup Raw peanuts, heaped
Procedure
Beat sugar & egg, add melted butter, beat well. Add dry ingredients and peanuts last. Bake in moderate oven ½ hour. For plain biscuits, leave out cocoa and add equivalent amount of flour.
