Pea & Ham Soup
Ingredients
- 2 cups Split peas
- 3 Onions, chopped
- 3 Carrots
- 4 Celery stalks
- 1 Bay leaf
- 12 Peppercorns
- ½ Large ham bones
- 2L Water, approx.
Procedure
Boil bones, pick off meat and remove bones. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer with lid on 2-3 hours. Season to taste. Puree.
