Kangkong side
Texture of stalks similar to the baby broccoli available in the supermarket. An excellent side dish on the BBQ after cooking steak, the extra flavour on the hot plate works nicely with the Kangkong.
Ingredients
- Oil (olive, peanut, coconut etc.)
- 1 bunch Kangkong washed
- Soy sauce (as needed)
- Optional: white sugar (to taste)
Procedure
- Heat a wok, or pan to hot
- Toss Kongkong into hot wok, sprinkle small amount of sugar & soy sauce
- Quickly cook until wilted but not mushy
- Serve as a side dish

Serve as a side, as you would baby broccoli.
