Impossible Cake
Ingredients
- ½ cup SR Flour
- ¾ cup Castor sugar
- 1 cup Coconut
- 4 Eggs
- Dash Vanilla
- ½ cup Butter, soft
- Pinch Lemon
- 2 cups Milk
- Pinch Salt
Procedure
Sift flour into bowl, stir in sugar, coconut, eggs, essence, butter, lemon and milk. Pour into prepared 24cm pie dish. Bake in a moderate oven 45 minutes or until lightly browned and set. Serve warm or cold.
