Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 60g Butter
- 1/3 cup Plain flour
- 2 cups Milk
- Taste Pepper
- ¼ teas Nutmeg
- 1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
- 3 tab Parmesan cheese
- Taste Cream, add as needed
Procedure
Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and mix until smooth. Cook for 1 minuted then gradually add milk and stir over heat until sauce thickens and boils for 1 minute. Add pepper, nutmeg and grated cheese.
