Capsicum Sauce
Ingredients
- 1kg Chili, capsicum, or tomatoes
- 8 Cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 tab Grated fresh root ginger
- 750mL Brown vinegar (apple cider)
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1 teas Salt
Procedure
Blend the capsicum, garlic, & ginger in a blender with half the vinegar. Put the capsicum mixture in a saucepan adding remaining ingredients. Boil until thick. Use less sugar if too sweet. Bottle.
