Butterscotch Popcorn
Ingredients
- 125g Popping corn
- 1 tab Oil
- 125g Butter
- 2 tab Honey
- ¾ cup Sugar
Procedure
In a large frypan, heat oil until very hot. Add corn, place on lid, shake pan until popping ceases. Place corn in a large bowl. Combine butter, honey and sugar in saucepan, slowly bring to boil, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Boil gently for 5 minutes. Pour syrup over popcorn and mix until well coated. Pour quickly onto a well greased oven tray. Cool. Store in air tight container.
