Short comments

Compost rich, free draining soil. Vigorous vine, grows to a similar size of a passion fruit. Trelises readily. Winter deciduous, to cope with dry season weather.

Storage: Clean of soil, cut off what is needed then store the rest of the tuber. The cut end will seal itself.

Peel before eating and cook thoroughly (additional information required).

Mildly sweet, earthy and nutty taste.
