Capsicum Sauce


  • 1kg Chili, capsicum, or tomatoes
  • 8 Cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tab Grated fresh root ginger
  • 750mL Brown vinegar (apple cider)
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 1 teas Salt


Blend the capsicum, garlic, & ginger in a blender with half the vinegar. Put the capsicum mixture in a saucepan adding remaining ingredients. Boil until thick. Use less sugar if too sweet. Bottle.
