====== Welsh Cakes ======
===== Ingredients =====
  * 125g Butter
  * 2 cups SR Flour
  * ¾ cup Sugar
  * 2 teas Nutmeg
  * 1 Egg, beaten with ½ teas Lemon & Vanilla essence
  * ½ cup Sultanas


===== Procedure =====
Rub butter into dry mixture. Add eggs and sultanas. Roll out into biscuits. Cook in a greased frying pan.
==== Comments ====

Let the sultanas soak up the water before adding to mix so they are not dry in the cooked mix.
