===== Ingredients =====
  * Strawberries
  * 1 cup Lemon Juice
  * Sugar

===== Procedure =====
Cook strawberries and lemon juice until tender. Add sugar. Measure for every cup of fruit, 1 cup of sugar. Boil furiously until set.
Blueberries and other soft fruit use same recipe.
