===== Ingredients =====
  * 1 Egg
  * 3 tabs Sugar
  * ½ cup Milk
  * 1 cup SR flour
  * As needed *Dash cream

===== Procedure =====
  * Place egg, sugar and half of milk in a bowl. Beat well. Sift flour twice and add to mixture. Add milk until batter is the consistency of thick cream. Add cream. Beat until smooth.
  * Spray pan with canola spray, cook in pan.
