====== Mango Chutney ====== ===== Ingredients ===== * 15 Mangoes (can use frozen mango) * ½ cup Salt * 225g Sultanas * 225g Dates * 60g Ginger (green) * 2 or 3 Birdeye chilies * 1 ½ Bottles of vinegar (750mL) * 60g Garlic * 1.8kg Sugar ===== Procedure ===== Peel and slice mangoes. Sprinkle with salt and leave overnight. Drain and place mangoes and all ingredients in a saucepan, except sugar. Boil until tender. Add sugar.
