====== Impossible Cake ======
===== Ingredients =====
  * ½ cup SR Flour
  * ¾ cup Castor sugar
  * 1 cup Coconut
  * 4 Eggs
  * Dash Vanilla
  * ½ cup Butter, soft
  * Pinch Lemon
  * 2 cups Milk
  * Pinch Salt

===== Procedure =====
Sift flour into bowl, stir in sugar, coconut, eggs, essence, butter, lemon and milk. Pour into prepared 24cm pie dish. Bake in a moderate oven 45 minutes or until lightly browned and set. Serve warm or cold.
