====== Biscuit Pastry ====== ===== Ingredients ===== * 60g Butter * ¼ cup Caster sugar * 1 Small egg * ½ cup Plain flour * ¾ cup SR flour * 2 tab Cornflour ===== Procedure ===== Beat butter and sugar to a cream. Add the egg and beat well. Sift flours and cornflour together and add gradually to make a stiff paste. Knead lightly on a lightly floured board. Roll out on grease proof paper. Use as required.
