  * ½ cup Plain flour
  * ½ cup SR flour
  * 1 small Egg
  * 1 cup Milk

===== Procedure =====
Sift flour into a bowl. Add the well-beaten egg and then the milk. Beat until smooth. Allow to stand for 1 hour if possible.
