  * Potatoes, peeled
  * Canola or olive oil spray
  * *Can use pumpkin instead of potato
===== Procedure =====
Cut potatoes into strips/chips. Place on an oven tray and spray with canola or olive oil spray. Cook in hot oven until golden. Season as desired.
