Pikelets

• 1 Egg
• 3 tabs Sugar
• ½ cup Milk
• 1 cup SR flour
• As needed *Dash cream

• Place egg, sugar and half of milk in a bowl. Beat well. Sift flour twice and add to mixture. Add milk until batter is the consistency of thick cream. Add cream. Beat until smooth.
• Spray pan with canola spray, cook in pan.
