====== Fruit Cake ======
===== Ingredients =====
  * 1 ½ cup Mixed fruit
  * 1 cup Sugar
  * 1 cup Water
  * 125g Butter
  * 1 teas Mixed spice
  * ½ teas Salt
  * Lemon Peel
  * 2 cups SR Flour
  * 1 teas Baking Soda

===== Procedure =====
  * Place mixed fruit (well mashed), sugar, water, butter, mixed spice, salt and lemon peel in a saucepan and boil for 10 minutes. 
  * Let cool then add flour and soda. 
  * Bake in a moderate oven.
