====== Butterscotch Popcorn ====== ===== Ingredients ===== * 125g Popping corn * 1 tab Oil * 125g Butter * 2 tab Honey * ¾ cup Sugar ===== Procedure ===== In a large frypan, heat oil until very hot. Add corn, place on lid, shake pan until popping ceases. Place corn in a large bowl. Combine butter, honey and sugar in saucepan, slowly bring to boil, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Boil gently for 5 minutes. Pour syrup over popcorn and mix until well coated. Pour quickly onto a well greased oven tray. Cool.
